Vasco's fear manipulation

Pretty simple and straightforward. Vasco does not show any signs of good fear manip and should be removed.

"Has frequently intimidated many, whether on purpose or not. Driven off girls and gangsters this way. Induced fear to even Jin Jang, a stoic fighter who never lost his cool."

The fear manip page says, "Fear Manipulation, otherwise known as Fear Inducement is the ability in which to inflict a level of 'fear' on the target using supernatural means."

Nothing about Vasco's intimidation was through anything super natural. He just has a very imposing figure which scares off others and runs a very notorious gang. That's it. As for the Jin Jang thing, a dude who is said to be stoic and never loses his cool, only felt fear when Vasco almost exposed his past to his boss.

So yeah all of this just sounds like social influencing, something Vasco already has.

Yeah I forgot to edit this when we talked about this back then lol. Surprise you didn't delete it since I said go for it. It's minor enough and unpopular enough to be done I'd say

Apologies. I've been on and off with the wiki a lot, as in I didn't care enough about the site to really participate in what is going on, so I tend to be on tip toes when I am on the site since I'm not super clear with the rules and standards.
