Difficult to say. His passive are of course always active and his danger sense will warn him if his current course of action will likely lead to his death in this battle. As such he usually adjusts to a working strategy.

That aside he leads with different things. From mind attacks to martial arts. Personally I would guess his most normal start is using death cannon spam.

mind attacks are useless because morde is actually in the and his body is just a husk of millions+ of souls also he has resistance anyway. Death is useless for the same reason well apart from the fact that he is already death.

What level is vandeliue's soul resistance? Note that morde's attacks also bypass magic resistance.

The mind attacks can be transmitted via sound and vision. As long as the are percieved even a person in a different universe can be affected by them.

A husk of million+ souls is interesting, as Vandalieu has potent passive mind manip on these kinds of beings. And all of Vandalieus attacks can do soul crushing.

You shouldn't underestimate his death attacks. They reduce HP and even a ghost will die when it is reduced to 0 (and disembodied souls are destoyed upon their HP hitting 0).

Aside from basic magic resistance Vandalieu also has magic negation via mana absorbing barriers. He should also be able to counteract death related effects due to his own control over death.

His soul resistance is high enough that he can take his own attacks and that all gods of earth together can not do any larger manipulations of his soul. Removing his soul from his body is particularly useless, as he can fight using his disembodied soul and freely move it back into his physical form at any time.

I really dont think this would work on morde due to the fact that he really is not actually there and is simply controlling his armour, he does not have eyes or ears, its just armour filled with souls. I doubt he percieves anything via normal sight or sound.

Morde has soul armour and again it wont affect him since he is not actually in the same realm.

Ok, but again he is not actually there, the way he was beat was to seperate the connection between himself and the armour and even that is not goin gto work for long. Next best thing is to destroy his armour, but you have to go through the soul shield and the armour can heal. Not to mention in this form he is a kilometers tall giant.

That useful but what happens if he is transported to the death realm by morde and then has his Existence Erased just by being there.

He doesnt just remove souls, he dominates them under his will or transmutes them into metal.

1. It works on literal disembodied souls, so you're wrong about that. It doesn't have to be physical perception, as long as he knows the patters Vandalieu creates it works.

2. It will effect the million souls that are in the realm, making them switch sides. And it goes through basic resistances.

3. Maybe, but his armor and the souls within will be destroyed costing him his physical manifestation. At that point he is BFR'd.

Mountain size doesn't really help. For most of Van's hax size doesn't matter and he has the AoE to destroy a mountain anyways.

4. Morde doesn't have EE and the death realm description sounds more like it is draining the opponent. Vandalieu has 7 billion mana, so I imagine draining him takes time.

And what is the nature of the effect? As a death mage can do things like pulling the death out of things, so if it is a death attribute effect he can defend himself against that.

Also, in the Death Realm Morde has his true form, right? What stops Van from ending the battle with a single space and soul destroying blast with large AoE?

Also, can being thrown into that realm be dodged or negated? If it's actually dangerous Vandalieu will precog it, so even a nigh-instantanous effect can be taken care of.

5. With Van's mind resistance dominating him is most likely beyond Morde's capabilities.

Assuming the souls turned into metal are still souls, that should be no problem. Vandalieu can put souls into objects and remove them again, as well as possess bodies and stuff.

But... well, getting Van's soul from his body without permission is a challenge to start with.
