His drone essentially allows him to have it fly around and see people and capture people with darts, which reveals their location

These doesn't fit with Recon Bolt and Owl Drone can do though. Extrasensory Perception only gained through sixth sense or supernatural sensing and Information Analysis are scanning information.
 
I think we have a possible big feat for Chamber. It’s stated in lore that him and his mirror counterpart were able to destroy Fracture with their guns.

If we can get a size of Fracture I could see this going into a Tier 7 feat

Wait, re-reading the lore of Fracture again the split was likely caused by the collider being destroyed rather than Chamber and his Mirror counterpart own bullets.
 
Chamber would also get Sealing as an ability, I noticed this while watching his trailer. He sealed Brimstone when Brim attempted to recruit him

I believe it has to do with piercing damage rather than total energy of the bullet.

Likewise, we have seen Valorant characters aren't immune to bullets on many occasions so them getting one-shotted by sniper rifle is not so suprised.

Yeah but at the same time it did do the damage to Fracture, which I doubt other guns would be able to do (even if it wasn’t a speed feat)

I'm don't think it's the case for Cypher. While he's indeed exceptional in intel gathering, he would need extreme feats of superhuman intelligence to even qualify as a Genius.

Like looking at all of Cypher feats, even real life hackers could partially replicate them with difficulty. This isn't me underselling Cypher feats or anything but most of his feats weren't out of the realm of possibility, if you taking out high tech stuff obviously.

Also, Cypher knowing secret of other agents isn't really special considering none of them were purposely hiding their identity, except for Chamber.

Omen…who nobody knows what happened to him or who he is expect for viper because she is the reason he died but cypher still somehow knew his face and everything about him

I mean yeah, but knowing about a person doesn't immediately qualify for Genius intelligence.

Gifted is the best rating for Cypher at this moment, mainly because everything are shrouded in mystery and we will have to wait for new information to pop up.
 
Also, would anyone interest in helping me with Valorant pages.

While it's not impossible for me to create profile for all characters but it will take a long time.
