Goku and the others should be upgraded to at least universe level+ and here's why: in the last episode of Super, Vegeta was able to destroy the Hyperbolic Time Chamber, a different area regarding space-time, from within. He also did this in his base form, possibly suggesting that Base Goku/Vegeta are universe level+.
And of course this also applies to Beerus, Whis, Goku Black, Future Zamasu/Trunks and so on. What do you think?
edit: I don't get it. Vegeta destroyed the HTC during his training for the battle against Goku Black and Zamasu so I don't understand how "we need more info" when that didn't happen during the actual battle... I think we have enough info to conclude this tbh
