Happy's Heart-Warming Mode fought and matched the Star Dragon (and only lost due to the Star Dragon's superior stamina), who had absorbed all of Marice's Power, which is repeatedly said to be able to destroy the entire world.

Now, this world should be similar to the Fairy Tail world, as it is stated repeatedly in story that humans once lived on the planet 1000 years before the story (and these humans should be pretty much the same as humans from the FT world). Also, nothing states in the story that it is of a different size from the FT world.

To destroy the Fairy Tail world would require 2.378 yottatons (which is 5-B+), so HWM Happy should be 5-B+.

Also, his Dragon Slayer form fought and defeated the Ultimate Mode Star Dragon, who had sucked all of the magic power from the planet, making it far stronger than the Base Star Dragon. Since the gap between 2.7 yottatons (Baseline 5-A) and 2.378 yottatons is only 1.1354x, IMO this should be enough to upscale Dragon Slayer Happy to Baseline 5-A.

The planet was inhabited by humans, who shouldn't be different from the normal Fairy Tail humans, 1000 years before the story.

What about the fact that Happy wasn't affected by any supposed gravity change?

If it was a different sized planet, gravity would be different for Happy.
