In Deadpool #250, Thanos says that the Cosmic Cube can rival the Infinity Gauntlet. Now, we all know that a Normal Cosmic Cube is way below the Gauntlet (2-A vs Low 1-C), so it is safe to assume that Thanos is saying that only HE can rival the Infinity Gauntlet with the Cosmic Cube.

So, I think that Thanos with the CC should be "At least 2-A, possibly Low 1-C", since even if the above scaling statement is not accepted, the fact that Thanos isn't a 2-A despite having a 2-A Cosmic Cube in his control doesn't really make sense.

No, and no. This doesn't make a speck of sense.

All cosmic cubes are to be evaluated under their own feats. If we are to slap 2-A or low 1-C on it, then what is even the point? That's just straight up wrong.

We have a rule to read the comics from which one shows scans and tries out upgrades. That whole comic was a joke and so is that statement.
