But that's probably because it's one of the most arg moment of the Undertale as a verse.
 
And? It's still too vague to say that Gaster created the Deltarune cosmology, it can just be argued that he (assuming is Gaster here) just found that universe and will experiment with it.

Well, sure.

But it doesn't change the fact that the dude is interacting with the Save files, can put us back in the past of the timeline and automatically load our file.

Also the Information Manipulation and a lot of stuff, same with Avatar creation.
Yet, even if he didn't create the universe, he still says that the universe isn't complete yet, saying that it will he finished soon possibly implying that the dude is the creator.

The bro will probably have the same abilities as the Player, just a little more than us. Possibly having Possibly 2-B in the Durability as he doesn't cares about all events occurring in the Undertale.

No it isn't. "Its rude to talk about someone who is listening" could mean anything. It could mean he just hears through the followers. It could mean he's omnipresent and hears everything. It could also be a metaphor. There's nothing that suggests omnipresence, this is just very widely accepted headcanon.

Overall I'm not seeing good evidence for omnipresence and enough stuff for a profile.

Loox and Moldsmal aren't the absolute minimum of monster beings, where is this from? They're just...monsters. Sans is described as 'the easiest monster' so it's not even true.

Also, I read everything and...it doesn't directly state that Gaster's the creator. In fact it states nothing other than 'the world isn't complete'. Which in no way implies he's creating the whole world. "It's Gaster because he had six squares" means jack shit. Idk how to tell you guys this but 'the world isn't complete' has a very clear meaning: Toby Fox is working on deltarune. It's a promotion for deltarune, nothing more.

Because Toby himself is just enough to solve the things, even Skies Forever Blue will have 287272 of attention if Toby says anything about it.

Toby also said that the dude in caps is a character saying that someone waits us.

So it's just a Toby Fox under a Gaster mask if you wanna go your way, not just Toby but a Toby under Gastuh mask, yeah.

While I agree with leaving Gaster without a profile for now, there's actually a lot of evidence for the Twitter takeover and all-caps voice in Deltarune being Gaster.

All share similar speech patterns, speak in all caps (Entry 17, Twitter posts, Deltarune intro) and both Entry 17 and the Twitter says the phrase "very, very interesting", directly drawing a link between the two. This is combined with Deltarune having a ton of obvious Gaster references (the garbage noise, Jevil being driven mad by someone who made his perception of the world "dark, darker, yet darker", etc.)

That part has a basis, but even so, I don't think the profile is necessary as of now.
 
Ya know what, let's leave the Gaster page for some time to wait.
We will get another cryptic ahh message about Gaster when Chapter 3-5 will come out.
