Reopening this because I don't believe anyone ever actually performed the Building level update. Everyone who was 9-B is still 9-B instead of 8-C.

Having heat resistance, doesn't mean the characters shouldn't be upgraded to Building level, since they have resistance to heat?

I always trough it was either dura os resistance, not both.

Not necessarily. Lots of fiction treat resistance to heat and blunt impacts as separate.
