Undertale character's soul resistance

I honestly don't know why it's being considered as that. For starters, surviving soul manipulation doesn't necessarily mean you have resistance, especially in this case, where it's the equivalent of being punched in the soul, rather than freely manipulating it.

And I've also seen that Chara has a 2-B resistance to soul manipulation. This isn't true.

No one can manipulate his soul. Those who can (Papyrus, Undyne, Muffet), they can do nothing about it.

But does s/he not? As their stats increase, SOUL damage does less and less damage to them. If 99 ATK is multiverse level, why would 99D DEF, which also defends against soul damage, not also be multiverse level?

You're not technically wrong (Frisk resisted Soul Manipulation and Existence Erasure from a 2-A character), but it's a really weird way to phrase it, as that's not really how it works.

99 ATK is not Multiversal level.Chara only becomes Multiversal/Universal upon reaching the absolute end where the LVLs is unknow
