Like I'm pretty sure his core isn't on him nor in him

I'd be disappointed if the cores just hidden in some junior. I did think at first that something cool could be master rules exist without a body and can possess humans explaining why the core isn't there and why Sick is human like. Also seeing Sick's reaction to unrepair being used, the damage he sustained will likely be circumvented like Andy does.

I think it's just resistance to memory Manipulation

Also remember could just be layered memory Manipulation given it can affect Undead, and Undead can even regen memories

Yeah the fact it falling was strong enough to destroy the island and the disk is what's impressive

Nah its more so a general weakness that anyone could have given the circumstances and in Gina's case she's been weakened by Uma Sick's ability. Normally her mental state would be fine in a match unless damaged in some way.
