Come one, come all. It’s legendary Umineko revisions. Some might say it’s a myth but no, the Umineko revisions did indeed happen. It only took longer than the forum move! This will be generally cleaning up the profiles and making them look bearable to the eyes. I'd rather we not focus on a tier such as '1-A everyone' or 'downgrade everyone!' until a separate thread. The tiers given in this thread are placeholders until we care about making a thread focusing on 1-A witch domain and such.
To pay respects, thank you to @Edwardtruong2006, @Ultima_Reality, @Ovy7, @YuriAkuto, @Aeyu, @Elizhaa, and the rest of the revisions server for helping with this. Couldn’t have done it without them.
Generic Meta-Being Abilities
Now, legend has it that looking at the current Umineko pages will actually give you eye cancer. Let's fix that! Here are some baseline abilities that most/all meta-beings should have.
Non-Corporeal: All meta being exist as just spiritual entities that only take form when they think about their forms
Nonexistent Physiology (Type 2): The spiritual form of meta beings is described as a nothingness that takes shape in accordance to their will
Abstract Existence (Type 1): The Witch's Domain is a abstract, conceptual hierachy where concepts are manifested as physical objects and metaphors exist. All meta-beings are just conceptual representations of a certain idea.
Avatar Creation: All meta beings can make avatars to form on the game board as pieces.
Reality Warping and Higher-Dimensional Manipulation: All higher beings can manipulate kakera, which contains infinite possibilities and higher dimensions
Shapeshifting: All higher beings can think and determine whichever form they wish. Which is usually their normal selves.
Teleportation: All higher beings can teleport, whether it be by turning into gold butterflies or disappearing it depends on how they wish
Self-Sustenance (Types 1, 2, and 3): Higher beings don't need to eat, sleep, or breathe. They are reliant only on their mental stamina and that's it.
Acausality (Type 5): Higher beings exist outside of Kakera, which contain all fate, possibilities, and causality. They can also manipulate these at will.
Large Size (Type 10) and Higher-Dimensional Existence: All meta beings dwarf kakera to the point where they are just mere objects
Dimensional Travel: Meta Beings can manifest in different layers of existence
Immortality (Type 1): Meta Beings live forever, no matter how much time passes they are beyond the concept of time altogether. Thus they do not age.
Fusionism: Beings of higher worlds can fuse kakera together to make stories.
Immortality (Type 3 and 4), Resurrection and High-Godly Regeneration: This is scaled from Erika Furudo, Bernkastel and Battler Ushiromiya. All meta-beings are capable of regenerating themselves by just thinking as death only truly happens if they stop thinking, and even then if they stop thinking they can begin thinking again at any time. Battler regenerated from being conceptually skewered by Dlanor by simply continuing to think about how to solve the game, while Erika regenerated after being sent to the depths of oblivion by Bernkastel by thinking of ways to beat Battler.
Reactive Evolution and Adaptation: In order to ascend to a higher layer, a being must adapt to it first, or else they turn into seaweed if they move too fast.
Cosmic Awareness: Meta Beings can view entire kakera as small objects, and see the entirety of them as games.
Spatial Manipulation, Time Manipulation, Fate Manipulation, Causality Manipulation, Law Manipulation, Probability Manipulation: All higher beings can manipulate the space-time, fate, causality, laws, and probability of kakera. They can use these kakera to create worlds and the worlds events are set in stone.
Plot Manipulation: Kakera's events are akin to stories to higher beings, which they can rewrite at will.
Void Manipulation, Mind Manipulation, Soul Manipulation, and Conceptual Manipulation (Type 2): All higher beings can manipulate the mental, spiritual, and conceptual realms of kakera. They can also manipulate voids of nothingness in the kakera. In the higher world, concepts like fate and possibilities are visualized in kakera, which are manipulable. They can also create concepts by just willing it, as Battler demonstrated.
Resistance to Mind, Soul, and Void Manipulation: Higher Beings adapt to the atmospheric pressure which can erase your mind and soul. This allows them to resist it overtime so they won't get erased by said pressure.
Truths will also be made into a verse-specific power page. This qualifies as every meta-being in Umineko can at least use the Blue Truth.

But What About The Tiers?
Didn't I just say that the tiers were gonna take a backpedal? Eh, here is what we have for now.
Umineko's cosmology seems complicated at first, but it can simply be broken down into Reality-Fiction differences. Each layer in the meta-world transcends the previous like a player sees a game. This will be a rather basic look at the cosmology, if you wish to read more in-depth, please check out Ovy's cosmology blog. There are also three domains and the Kingdom of God. Let's look at each individually.
The Human Domain/Chessboard
The simple 3-dimensional tiers of the pieces vary for witches such as Beatrice and Virgilia (see the profiles above), however the tiers for most of the furniture, demons, and superhumanly strong pieces will be 8-C. This is scaling to the Goats which are the weakest type of furniture, and yet they can cause earthquake like tremors with their attacks and hit with the force of a speeding train, as well as Gaap, who can create natural lightning bolts at whim. The speed will be considered Supersonic for the pieces on Beato's gameboard, as the stakes can watch the trajectory of bullets and dodge thus.
The Human Domain contains 7 layers. The 4-dimensional human world, which is a given. However there is this. In English, this roughly shows the existence of a 5th dimension which Hanyuu comes from.
There is also an even higher layer above the game board, This is noted to be of an higher order to the pieces on the game board. The Red and Blue truths can be used here. Those that can manifest here are pieces such as Beatrice, Battler, and Erika, as well as inquisitors like Dlanor and Willard.
And finally, we have the Underside of the Gameboard. A place that is nowhere and exists at no time in the world. Beyond all previous space-times in the chessboard. This scales to nothing except for Piece Gaap's range, however it adds an extra layer for when we get to the witch domain.
The Witch Domain
Before we delve into the individual locations of the Witch Domain, the superiority of the Witch Domain to the Human Domain can be expressed in the fact that it's above it by all measures. They simply view the domain as chess pieces, kakera, and games to be played as.
The entire scope of the Witch Domain labels it as a Low 1-A structure. It contains an infinite amount of layers or 'Endeavors' as they are called. Each one seeing the previous one as kakera. These Endeavors can be evolved through to gain a higher state of existence. They are not limited by any sort of number and evolving through them takes away the restrictions they have. Albeit they can't evolve too fast lest they turn into seaweed.
However, that is only High 1-B. Low 1-A simply comes from the Sea of Fragments. The Sea of Fragments is the backdrop in which the infinite amount of Endeavors is contained in. All stories, realms, and tales in Umineko all stem from the Sea of Fragments, as they are all simply kakera within it. This scales to Voyager Witches like Bernkastel, Lambdadelta, and Piece, as they are abstract and universal laws that cover the entirety of the witch domain.
Now, since we've already explained the Reality-Fiction Differences in Umineko, we can explain the layered locations that we know of from there.
The Meta-World/Purgatorio
This is the layer above the chessboard, viewing all of it as fiction. As the human domain is a mere game board to the higher beings who reside here, and the people within are the game pieces.
The meta-world also contains a secondary layer that exists above the first, akin to the higher layer of Beatrice's chessboard. This means that the meta-world manifestation of characters can be up to 8 to 9-dimensional, or 1-C.
The Golden Land
The highest and most impenetrable state in the catbox. The Golden Land exists above Purgatorio and the Chessboard, as well as having a second meta-layer akin to Purgatorio, makes it so characters manifesting on this level are 10 to 11-dimensional, making them High 1-C.
The Local Sea of Fragments
A local part of the entire Sea of Fragments, it retains the same properties as it except on a lower scale. It’s the backdrop of Beatrice’s catbox like how the Sea of Fragments is the backdrop to the Witch Domain, which would make this layer 12-dimensional, and thus 1-B.
The Game Master
While not a true layer, the Game Master's existence is beyond everything else in the catbox. This would make them 13-dimensional, and thus 1-B.
Bernkastel's Catbox
A catbox weaved together by Bernkastel after she sewed many different kakera together. It is notably larger than Beatrice's Catbox, as it can contain all previous games in a single kakera. And beyond this there is the Witch's Theater, in which the Cathedral where Bernkastel's catbox resides as well as all previous games are viewed as a fictional play. It also includes its own local Sea of Fragments. This makes the aforementioned layers 14-dimensional, 15-dimensional, and 16-dimensional.
Auau's Study and the City of Books
The relation between these two locations is strange, as you can either view these as connected or superior. However, both view Beato and Bern's catboxes as merely one volume in a vast library.
The City of Books holds a vast amount of stories, each of them are either lower worlds or from the human domain. And even beyond the City of Books itself, it has an extra layer known as the Spectator Rows. It is unknown how far this layer stretches, but it is 1-B regardless.
Third Domain
While this domain is relatively unknown, there are bits and pieces we can pick up for tiering.
It is the world where Featherine returned to after touching the Kingdom of God, in order to not lose her sense of self. This domain looks down on the infinitely-layered witch domain and the Sea of Fragments beyond it the same way the Witch Domain looks upon the Human Domain. Beatrice herself has begun to undergo a change which allowed her to transcend the Witch Domain and started approaching Featherine's level of existence via evolution. This is akin to the Witch Domain's layers, as Featherine is at the very end of the Third Domain and could touch the Kingdom of God.
The amount of layers in the Third Domain is infinite, as the travelling through layers is represented by a journey to the Creator which has no endpoint. Only Featherine has reached the end of this endless journey.
This would make Beatrice's true potential be 1-A. Featherine would be 1-A+.
The Depths of Oblivion
The Depths of Oblivion is the endless void at the bottom of the Sea of Fragments and encompasses both the Witch Domain and the Third Domain. Having no concept of life or death, if a meta-being (even ones as powerful as Featherine) loses their sense of self or 'stops thinking' then they will be sent here to turn into seaweed. However, if they regain their will or sense of self, they can recover and regenerate from this.
Due to it encompassing the Third Domain, this location is rated as 1-A+. This scales to abilities such as Truths (which are used to erase and deny possibilities) and the range of the Voyager Witches.
The Kingdom of God
The final location on this list. The Kingdom of God is the last boundary that Featherine touched before being able to become a Creator. The Kingdom of God is beyond perspective and evolution altogether, and is the lack of an endpoint where all limits are lifted. It transcends all previous realms the same way that the Third Domain transcends the Witch Domain, and the Witch Domain transcending the Human Domain.
There are three characters this would scale to, Featherine Augustus Aurora, Maria Ushiromiya (True Potential), and The Creator. The Creator resides in the Kingdom of God and moving to its level of existence makes you lose your sense of self and meaning as you become one with the Creator. Featherine has touched this level of existence but decided to go back and Maria is destined to reach this level of existence. All of the above characters would be High 1-A. The Creator above Featherine by having no restrictions and Maria above both of them due to being said to become the strongest Creator.

Other Note-Worthy Abilities
Endless Nine: Battler, Ange, and the Goats have an Endless Nine which can protect them from direct attacks from the Game Master. This grants them 1-B durability against supernatural entities. However, they can also negate Truths with Endless Nine, as established before Truths are connected to the Depths of Oblivion, thus Endless Nine will be treated as 1-A+ hax resist as well.
Endless Magic: Endless Magic created the Golden Land, and also grants evolution in the sea of fragments. It can also be used to resurrect those lost in the Sea of Fragments and scales to the Game Master. This makes it 1-B, possibly High 1-B.
