Ultron Upgrade With Prep Time?

So I've seen that MCU Ego was declared 5-A with his plan so I thought it might be possible to do so for Ultron as well as it was shown by Wanda what he was going to do, most likely with prep time.

In this part of the video, an explosion is shown which Wanda confirms that Ultron was going to do. Now I'm not good at doing calcs so that is on you guys. But what do you think? Any chance of an upgrade?
