Normal sized Ichigo folks.

SBA.
Both at High 4-C.
Showa Era Ultraman is being used.
Stronger Arc Ichigo is being used.
Speed equalized.

Ultraman scales to 0.945 Foe, and 2.835 Foe with Ultra Attack Beam, and 4.725 Foe with Ultra Slash.
Kamen Rider Ichigo scales to 1.073522 Foe, and 2.147044 Foe with Denko Rider Kick or Rider Power.

Ultraman: 0
Kamen Rider Ichigo: 0
Inconclusive: 0

Gonna wait and see what the Kamen Rider supporters say as I don’t know much about Ichigo.

But anyways for Ultraman his APs are

0.945 Foe Normally
2.835 Foe w/ Ultra Attack Beam
4.725 Foe w/ Ultra Slash

And he normally starts off by fighting physically to weaken his enemies before using his special techniques. But due to the size differences at the beginning Ultraman would have a bit of a hard time hitting Ichigo until he makes himself smaller.

Man would probably use his special techniques and stuff like telekinesis and paralysis the moment he realizes he’s outmatched in power though. Afterwards he normally uses his stronger finishers like Ultra Attack Beam or Ultra Slash to defeat his enemy that has been stopped in placed.

Can his telekinesis paralyze those who are way stronger than himself physically? Ichigo is Class T while Ultraman is Class G. Ichigo can activate Rider Power to fly around if he is lifted off the ground too.

He has used telekinesis on enemies physically stronger than him like Red King yeah. Though Red King doesn’t really know how to fly and I don’t think it’s lifting strength is as good as Ichigo’s. And his paralysis beam has worked on characters stronger than him as well. Like when he used it in Ultraman Taro against Alien Temperor who’s stronger than the ultra brothers individually.

So yeah both of those should work against those stronger than him. But I’m not sure how lifting strength affects some of these stuff.

From what it seems, his paralysis beam is Ultraman shooting energy rings to wrap themselves around the target and restrains them no? I'd say Ichigo could bypass that either through sheer strength (given his NPI allows him to interact with energy) or by power nulling it via Rider Synchro.

LS can overcome telekinesis as long as the target isn't being lifted to the air given it whether depends if they can fly or not.

That’s one of his paralysis moves, and it’s a homing attack too that follows his enemy. There’s also the one where he shooted an energy beam at Red King and made him stop in the air and Ultra Slashed him.

I’ll give the rest of my opinion when the other KR supporters come in.

Well, any hit that Ultraman is receiving from Ichigo will feel like he is attacking himself with a little more strength. Stuff like telekinesis and Paralysis Beam may be overcome with Ichigo's far superior LS. and he can access the Rider Power to fly around if he is restricted in the air. Ultraman does have the advantage of having better acrobatics and actual ranged attacks while Ichigo relies mostly in H2H.

Ichigo can attack through his internal structure with a few of his attacks, he won't hold back just by seeing how big Ultraman is. Kamen Riders tend to use their best moves right away when they are facing kaiju-like opponents like King Dark or the Great Leader. Rider Synchro is a trump card when it comes to harsh situations and he should be able to use at least 1/10 of its potency when it nullified the 6-D Spacetime Rupture System. In the other hand, Ichigo can be pretty screwed if he is hit by the Ultra Attack Beam or Ultra Slice (mostly the latter since it directly follows him) since it exceeds his durability by nearly 3-5 times, although Ichigo can take hits from beings far more powerful than him like the Great Leader of Delzer Army and still fight back.

I'm curious about how Ultraman's Mind and Soul manipulation works here though.
