Plus Dark - Izuku Midoriya vs. Kamen Rider Shin

I still fail to see how Deku can restrain Shin even if he goes for the wrists and ankles (which also have spikes, but to a lesser extension) since nothing stops him from just reaching the tendrils, and given the instances above are not enough to stop the vibration spikes. That goes for him binding his whole body as well and him approaching the binded Shin and beating him with physical strikes doesn't seem like a good move since it leaves him vulnerable of being slashed. A better move would be Deku slicing his arms and legs off or decapitating him, although I don't know if he goes for dismemberment during combat.

Counted your votes btw.
One could argue that Deku shouldn't just restrain when he realize those spikes on Shin, he has higher intelligence
And the Danger Sense is really wild too, honestly Employee man take this if you ask me

Thing is, Deku cannot fully restrain Shin enough to not let him use his spikes. If he doesn't resort to Blackwhips, Deku would have to either attack him with the Fa Jin amp and strike him fast enough to overcome his precognition and not let him move his limbs to slice him, or straight up dismember Shin. Deku is not surviving Shin's spikes if he ever falls to his claws, which is why the latter movement seems more effective in my view.

So why can’t Deku go for Blackwhip, see where it doesn’t work, then Fa Jin blitz and go for it again in the spots that aren’t gonna cut it? He’s a genius at fighting, he’s smart enough to know where to restrain someone effectively.

And how is he going to see it? Unless he is able to make the Blackwhips as thin enough to not to let Shin move his fingers, jaws, forearms and legs, I don't see how he can fully restrain him especially by the instances shown above, which doesn't avoid Shin just reaching the tendrils with either his claws, jaws or legs. The only scenarios I see Deku not having to worry about the vibration spikes is from the scenario I've said, or him dismembering Shin which is possible due to his better LS.

Deku can make Blackwhip strands small enough to be inside his eyes, veins and tendons. Yes, he can make them small and they have variable sizes.

Jaw = his neck. You have provided literally nothing to show he cannot grab his neck with Blackwhip.

Grab his thighs. There is nothing on his thighs preventing grabs there.

Grab his waist and under his armpits/shoulders.

Shin’s body is not a living blade where ever part of him is a durability negating spike, and if it is, please show me scans of every single area that IS a durability negating spike. There are more areas that Deku can grab him from to restrain him than there are not.

Show me the instances then, because all of you've presented have the Blackwhips only sharing different lengths. And for sake, re-read my past arguments, I've never said that his whole body have the vibration spikes lmao, I want you to go back and show me where I even implied that. I've went through the instances you've shown me and none of them showcased the right restrainment to contain Shin, many of them were specifically targeted at forearms, hamstrings, etc, which have the spikes, and for the shoulders, nothing stops from Shin reaching the tendrils with his nails. It is completely useless if he targets only a single part where the others are free to move. Check the damn scans in the profile lol.

I am voting for Deku as well, but not for the reasons presented so far. The moment he notices Shin is slicing through his Blackwhips, he'll amp himself with Fa Jin to blitz him beyond his precog/ESP can sense, and do either of the following things; 1) Somehow massively shrink the width of the Blackwhips enough so that he cannot move an inch of his body, bind him through better LS and just keep him locked there. 2) Outrights tearing off his forearms and hamstrings, which is enough to make him truly safe from the spikes, his Low-Mid regen isn't fast enough to grow whole limbs.

If the part he targets connects to multiple other parts, the entire limb becomes useless. Have someone grab your ankle or armpit and attempt to free yourself only with that limb.

It's over Shinbros.

Jobku on his way to get new ingredient for burgers.
