is Kars just restricted to Made in Heaven? If no, I was just going to say Goku gets Killer Queen'd.

Kars is only 2-C via non combat applicable abilities.
That being said, if speed is equalised, Kars basically just steps into a different universe and throws a clone of Goku at him to paradox him.

Time stop (which can effect people who can no sell time stop ), and then killer queen transmutation, removing his soul and mind and destroying it , paradox, or just have clones suicide bomb the universe .
