Anyways, I was hoping this matchup would be made

USM Games Spidey has the greater Precognition and Enhanced Senses, pretty much being able to view things at a greater distances and unseeable angles. His damage boosting abilities are also going to be unpredictable should Peter get a good streak of attacks going. Peter's also got much greater mobility, surpassing that of Venom, who can jump several stories high and across several buildings in single bounds. He's even toted as one of the most agile heroes his world's ever known and boasts "tremendous flexibility". Having a literal Double Jump helps in this regard too

However, Harlem's Spider-Man has more going for him. He has an AP/Durability advantage (Miles is 3.65 tons of TNT while Peter is 2.18187906 tons of TNT), and with his bioelectricity, he can utilize significantly more powerful attacks. In terms of LS, the Spider-Man of Harlem's got a clear cut advantage, which definitely helps with in close-quarters combat as well as with the use of his webbing. Miles' arsenal gives him much more versatility and ways in which to approach taking on Peter. Stuff like the Holo-Drones and Gravity Wells. In terms of Venom Techniques, those that utilize telekinesis will certainly come in handy.

Finally, there's intelligence. In terms of general intellect, only a glance is required to see where Miles shines over Peter. Lets get into the combat side of things. Peter's capable of singlehandedly defeating a gang of highly skilled martial artists, could defeat Silver Sable and her Spider-Mines designed specifically to kill Spider-Man, defeated Green Goblin (who himself defeated Sable and easily cleared through S.H.I.E.L.D. agents), and easily defeated the Die-Caste, pack of weekend warriors that have physically modified themselves with black market cybernetics and wield high-tech weaponry. Definitely not a bad line of feats, though I'd still favour Harlem's Spider-Man. Insomniac Peter felt he could entrust Miles to protect the city while he was gone. Considering Insomniac Peter's own skill feats, the confidence he has in Morales should be quite telling. Furthermore, Miles commonly defeats Holo-Drones as training challenges left behind for him, which are proficient in the use of martial arts, melee weaponry, and firearms, and analyze hostile combat tactics in battle. I'm not saying Miles is as skilled as his mentor, but he's certainly much closer to his level than USM Games Peter is

USM Games Spider-Man's Spider-Sense and Agility will definitely allow him to avoid getting overwhelmed off the bat, but the power, abilities, arsenal, intellect, and skill displayed by Harlem's Spider-Man can't be avoided for long IMO
