Denji can chop up people on his durability level and even himself like butter with chainsaws, but Miles invisibility + stealth mastery + spider sense + acrobatics make hitting him or grabbing with chains a sisyphean task for Denji.
Then add in Miles having ranged game with Venom Sting and higher LS (class M), making grabbing with chains useless, and Denji is likely only grazing him even with extra tries from his chord pull full heal.
