I suppose this is "Potentially 1-B" Sinbad, which if I remember correctly scales above the Gods which are ad infinitum into 1-B, the closest you can get to High 1-B.
Meanwhile UEG is "only" countless into 1-B, far lower than the Gods. So, I am pretty sure Sinbad stomps.
