Type 6 Immortality for Clifford DeVoe?

DeVoe can transfer his consciousness into other bodies. He has done it 3 times so far; first into Dominic, then Becky, and now in the latest episode Izzy, (The Fiddler). Since he can hop into other people's bodies at will when his current body deteriorates, does this count as Type 6 immortality?
