Two One Piece character topics: Sanji's "7-A" scaling and Doflamingo's "Power and Abilities/Tier/Stamina" update

Topic 1: I recently read through some OP character profiles to look at the scalings for how strong each character is and I immediately notices that Sanji, the Strawhat cook, was scaled up to be "At least 7-A". Either that was a typo for "7-B", or someone really thinks that Sanji is Mountain level.

Either way, with him being scaled to be somewhere between 7-B and 7-A, it does not make sense for someone he fought (namely Doflamingo) to be scaled at 7-A when his attacks couldn't even phase him.

Sanji has never shown any Mountain level feats as his best feats were "Hell Memories" and "Poele a Frire Spectre", the latter being nullified simply by Doflamingo blocking with his arm (using no haki on top of it). I guess this means that Doflamingo needs to be scaled up to Multi-mountain/Small island durability if Sanji is really City level+. He could not scratch Doflamingo even when he had two openings.

Topic 2: When looking at the page for Doflamingo, there have been things bothering me with his "Powers and Abilities".

First, he is stated to have boosted pre-cognition via Observation haki. He does have a basic level of clairvoyance via Observation haki, but he has never really showcased any boost in his pre-cognition. His reaction timing is all he is capable of going off of. He has showcased that he is a specialist in Armament haki and is fairly proficient in it (being able to easily break adept user's armament haki such as Luffy and Smoker). His Observation haki has been kept at a proficient level.

Second, it is stated that he can apparently reattach his head via strings. He never had his head cut off--that was his clone. I'd also like to add onto this point that he should be listed as having low-mid or even low-high levels of Regenerationn since he managed to use his strings to restore his internal organs relatively quickly after being blasted by Law's Gamma Knife.

While on the topic of Doflamingo (this is just me on a small rant about his tier), I find him being classified as "7-A" while Luffy is "likely high 7-A" being somewhat downgrading considering the fact that Doflamingo was able to fight almost evenly with Gear 4th Luffy after sustaining severe physical trauma and blood loss (the former he was capable of compensating for), which makes me want to have his stamina upgraded from "Large" to "Very Large" and perhaps even "Extremely Large" to be on the same level as Luffy in endurance. My reasoning behind this is because, like Luffy, Doflamingo has been in combat ever since the end of the Punk Hazard Arc (Luffy fighting and capturing Ceaser while Doflamingo ran from Dressrosa to PH and engaged Smoker before being frozen by Aokiji).

They both fought around the same times: Doflamingo chasing Law, fighting Sanji and then Law while Luffy fought in C-block, Both engaging in the palace, Luffy jogging to the Palace and Doflamingo taking a red-hawk with no protection, Doflamingo fighting Law while Luffy fought Bellamy and the fake-mingo, Luffy sustaining a few haki-imbued punches and mental strain while Doflamingo is blasted in the torso via Gamma Knife, and then the both of them fought one-on-one until Luffy lost power and Doflamingo was reeling from taking so much physical damage before they both passed out after King Kong Gun.

I think it should be taken into consideration that Doflamingo should especially have edits in his Powers and Abilities and be scaled up to "Likely high 7-A" and "Extremely Large Stamina" along with Luffy due to these reasons. I will be willing to debate about this further.

And yeah, the Sanji thing, Mountain level? NO!

Sanji is tier 7-A because zoro who didn't go all out is that tier and has an accepted feat to place him so he's powerscaled to him

Yeah I was hoping it was a typo especially since last i checked he was supposedly "low 7-B" and then suddenly "At least 7-A"... i'm curious though, why is Zoro also 7-A? I know he held back (especially since no Asura), but he was out of breath by the time he defeated Pica, which should still make him 7-B given the amount of stone he sliced apart the moment he applied haki to his blades.

About Doflamingo, would it make sense to scale him up to "likely high 7-A" given what I stated and the fact that his bird cage could not be stopped by the likes of Fujitora and Zoro with additional help?

^Now looking at it again Zoros feat is city level but I guess it's by power scaling as well not sure...
he could very well be mountain level currently with asura, but his current feats are city level and that is only because he cut Pica like butter.

I think Zoro gets his tier by being almost as strong as Luffy and because his feat was casually city level with just air pressure (iirc), so he could be higher

He used high quality swords infused with haki to enhance/protect them while he sliced a large mass of stone before slicing Pica. His feat is City level and I highly doubt that his Asura would put him comfortably at 7-A unless he got a major power boost that is going to put him within the same level as Luffy, which is a huge hike considering the difference between their DC feats.

Davy0 placed Sanji and Zoro at 7-A due to powerscaling from not being all that much weaker than Luffy.

I agree that Doflamingo should likely be placed at High 7-A (the same as Luffy) though. You can edit it if you wish.

Hmm. After checking this up, Luffy was only calculated to be regular 7-A in his attack against Doflamingo, which was enough to beat the villain. Luffy was only speculated to be High 7-A due to being tired and Doflamingo's web diminishing the attack.

It should be safe to assume that Doflamingo is at least slightly superior to Luffy considering how much stamina both combatants went through ever since Punk Hazard and they were both heavily damaged by the time Luffy used King Kong Gun. After all, while the attack was diminished, Doflamingo himself was launched through the city into the underground docks while Luffy's attack stopped after connecting to Doflamingo himself.

Well, it would probably be better to place him at "7-A, possibly High 7-A" instead, as this is Luffy's rating.

Perhaps. The only point I'm trying to make is that both ended their fight after a day of each of them using up stamina ever since PH. Afterall, when they were standing next to each other after Trebol blew up, they both commented on the other's physical state, and they both looked ready to fall over for the chapters leading up to King Kong Gun, with Doflamingo wobbling with each step and Luffy needing a 10 minute nap. Stating that they are both each "possibly High 7-A" is good enough for me, though.
