They fight on a random school. Baldi is at the entrance, Yandere-chan is inside

Baldi's spacial manipulation will be useful here, and Yandre dosn't have anything to stop Baldi from finding her, and when he does he speed blitzes. And even if she is ritualized, there's one small thing. Many of Yandre's abilities are useless in this battle. Stealth won't help you against someone who can hear every door you open. Hacking won't help you where there isn't any technology. Spacial Manipulation, on the other hand, if VERY useful, as limited as Baldi's is. Not to mention enhanced sences. Baldi wins with some difficulty.
