A few revisions to characters from the Baldi's Basics series.
The player’s items need to be revised. Currently there are some mistakes and there are plenty of modern items missing.
Baldi has multilocation. During Baldi’s Basics Plus, he is able to be present in front of his bus to bring the player on a field trip despite also playing his violent hide-and-seek inside the school. During Baldi’s Basics Classic Remastered, despite floating in the cafeteria as a result of a glitch, he can also be seen scared in a hidden room, as well as waiting for the player in the Principal’s office so he can play a secret special song.
Principal of the Thing seems to have multilocation. During the Stealthy Challenge of Baldi’s Basics Plus, where the player is collecting notebooks at school after-hours, Principal of the Thing is multiple different identical beings. There are six of him in total. This proposal might give you dubious feelings because of how the evidence is from an extra mode to give the player a challenge separate from the main way to play the game. However, ever since Baldi’s Basics Classic, this series has canonically been a video game in-story, for many reasons that I won’t explain in-depth about unless I’m questioned further, so I think Principal of the Thing has this ability.
Music comes from Playtime through an unknown way. Its purpose is for the player to know when she's nearby. This probably counts as sound manipulation.
The athletic human speed ranks for Principal of the Thing and Playtime don't seem justified. Them switching from wandering around to chasing the player doesn't make their speed above average all of a sudden, it just means they gained a reason to go faster while still having average speed capabilities. The case isn't like the speed of Arts and Crafters, which is clearly extremely fast in contrast to his speed when wandering. On the topic of the speed of Arts and Crafters; his speed should be treated differently. His profile assumes that his anger is some sort of supernatural statistics amplification, but he's not like Baldi, who gets faster as he gets angrier. In actuality, Arts and Crafters is shy and normally doesn't have an incentive to use super speed unless he's angry. So, I propose that his rage power ability gets removed and his superhuman speed rank becomes listed as simply "Superhuman", instead of "Average Human, Superhuman when angry".
The player’s items need to be revised. Currently there are some mistakes and there are plenty of modern items missing.
- WD-NoSquee doesn’t have power nullification. It’s just an object that, when applied to a door or a locker, makes it not noisy when using it a few times. The sound of a door or a locker being opened and closed isn’t an ability. An indirect result of the effect is that Baldi can’t hear the door or the locker being opened or closed when WD-NoSquee was applied, but that doesn’t mean his enhanced senses are nullified, it’s just that there was nothing for him to hear.
- Principal’s Keys don’t have a resistance to battlefield removal. They don’t stop the Principal of the Thing from teleporting the player, they just unlock the door where the player is kept after the removal took place, as well as other doors that may become locked by Chalkles or Mrs. Pomp. If anything, Principal’s Keys provide a resistance to sealing, but even that is an over-exaggeration of what keys are. They have no reason to work in other locations, since they are keys specifically so the Principal of the Thing can access any room in his own school. This item grants no superpower.
BSODA is said to have electricity as an ingredient in its description in Johnny’s Store. If someone were to drink this soda, they’d probably have negative consequences. This means the player has limited electricity manipulation using BSODA.(Edit: This point was a mistake, since the ingredient was probably a joke misspelling of "electrolytes", and the BSODA is portrayed as consumable even though this hasn't been visually demonstrated.)- An Energy Flavored Zesty Bar majorly benefits the player’s stamina upon consumption. This should count as statistics amplification.
- Safety Scissors now demonstrated a resistance to adhesive manipulation, since they can cut the player out of Bean’s gum. If the Safety Scissors were normal safety scissors, then by doing that they would only get that gooey gum stuck on them without cutting through it. According to the description in Johnny’s Store, Safety Scissors aren’t sharp, and can only cut through very specific things, so they don’t cut Bean’s gum via sheer sharpness, they do it because it’s a specific action that they can achieve.
- Big Ol’ Boots protect the player from being pushed by many different kinds of obstacles that force movement, because they keep their feet on the ground. This may signify that the Big Ol’ Boots grant the player’s feet adhesive manipulation. Maybe not, since the ability isn't necessarily because of stickiness, but my point is that it's some sort of ability that allows the player to not leave the ground. It also seems to be a resistance to vector manipulation, since the actual effect is that the player’s movement outright ignores the presence of effects that influence their movement, even to the point of being able to stand still and freely move on a conveyor belt. That would be illogical if Big Ol’ Boots only granted the player the ability to not leave the ground.
- A Grappling Hook can latch onto a wall from far away so the player can zoom towards it. This is an option for the player to speed up.
- An Apple for Baldi is a very situational item, but it should still be listed in the Notable Attacks/Techniques section where the player’s items are listed and described.
- A Principal Whistle alerts the Principal of the Thing of the player’s exact location so he can go there. This should be another form of sound manipulation, especially since it doesn’t alert Baldi, who has enhanced senses and extrasensory perception, whereas Principal of the Thing has normal senses.
- A Dirty Chalk Eraser creates a cloud of dust that blocks the vision of characters. This demonstrates smoke manipulation.
- A Portal Poster allows the player to place a portal on a wall if it leads to somewhere, so it should grant them portal creation. This item’s description in Johnny’s Store states that this is super technology created by Baldi, so this is another intelligence feat of Baldi.
- A Faculty Nametag tricks characters into thinking that the player is a faculty member. It has plenty of social perks beyond simply being able to enter faculty rooms, and works on most characters. I think this counts as social influencing. The sheer fact of the player being a faculty member discourages most characters from doing what they do, even if they have supernatural abilities and are driven by emotion. The Principal of the Thing presumably has a Faculty Nametag or has this authority by default, so he should also have the ability of social influencing if the player does. Baldi, 1ˢᵗ Prize and The Test are able to tell that the player isn’t really a faculty member though.
