The Ghostface has one hell of a stealth advantage here, alongside various amps. His attacks will strike hard- very hard.

As well, once Ghostface leaves Night Shroud, his passive DbD fear manipulation will certainly toss Jason off his game.

Eating his heart and being possessed isn't really somethinf The Entity is going to let happen, and The Entity's control >>>> Jason.

Overall, I see Ghostface using amplification, stealth, and fear to get a jump on the lumbering Jason and end him in a quick flurry of stabs.
