Skywalker. He fought and defeated a stronger Vader than Marek, albeit one that was holding back (according to some sources, some say otherwise)

Starkiller admitted in TFA2 that he could at best hope for a stalemate with Vader, who's around pre-ESB now.

Luke Skywalker, his shown capable of using a wider range of Force abilities and defeated Darth Vader at his peak which POST ESB. Also Starkiller 2.0 was superior to the original in every way and as noted by Batman^^^ Above me, he could best hope for a stalemate and was only capable of defeating Vader by exploiting his Suit's weakness to Force lightning and lightning in general.
