Also, her TK's ability to recontruct things won't matter much if she can't react to the attack before it removes her vital organs.

@Dargoo Yes, a feat of matter manipulation by reconstructing matter should be on her profile especially seeing as she's done it multiple times

She isn't reconstructing matter, though. She's just moving dust particles and rocks back into place through TK.

No, she's reconstructing matter, as shown in one of the episodes when she's exhausted she puts the building back together and it falls apart

She's moving them back into place. At the level of particulates and dust, yes, but not at a level where you could slap Matter Manip onto it.

Matter Manipulation at its absolute worst deals with molecules.

Glynda never did anything like that

@Kalt Its the only logical explanation my guy, you cant just stick the fragments of a building back together and expect it to stay standing

I mean with telekinesis, you kinda can.

Also I like how you say that you can't fix it by the perfectly reasonable option of using TK on dust and rock fragments so obviously her ability much be way stronger than it has been shown to be before. "You can't stick the fragments of a building together and expect it to stay standing therefore Glynda can manipulate matter on a molecular or better level" is not a logical sequence of events.
