Wok's point at the start was that you can have heavy impacts on the Earth anywhere in tier 6, and even in the higher parts of tier 7, making High 6-A a bit of a highball. The idea to just call it reality warping and leave the key in doesn't sufficiently address that.

Like I said before, Wok's examples only accounted for physical impacts and strikes. It's not really a very good argument when the mechanism for reshaping the Earth, in this case, is by controlling the fundamental essence of the universe; interpreting it as a big explosion or something similar wouldn't be very reasonable in that case, hence why I asked about our standards for gaining AP off of Reality Warping for lower tiers.

So heres something I will say on the manner. This isn't some generic statement of "reordering the earth" with nothing else pointing to how or why. The method of reordering The Earth is explicitly tied to the Black Lodge in Windom Earle's case (His example was the Dugpas who tap into it's energies).

The method would be done via the use of Electricity, which is the very metaphysical force that composes all of reality up to the nonexistent realms outside time and space in which The Spirits of The Lodge reside, and they have been showing warping said realms as well (A very notable example being when BOB superimposed curtains over The Room Above The Convenience Store, or when The Arm's doppelganger split open the floor of The Waiting Room and sent Coop into The Mauve Sea)

The applications of Electricity encompass the entire cosmology below The Mauve Sea. Windom Earle claimed to be able to reorder The Earth to his liking with an extremely limited control of Electricity, in comparison to someone like BOB who's an actual Lodge Spirit, so if anything High 6-A is really a lowball.

@Ultima Wok's examples still have reality-warping analogues. If you can pick up and move a town to another place on Earth in a second, it wouldn't take very long to "reorder it to your liking".
