Even though Twilight Sparkle has way more ways to win, Mickey Mouse's time stop is big so I might vote for Mickey by time stop.

They both have multiple ways to get rid of the other very quickly; the only thing I could see giving Mickey an advantage here is maybe his Precognition, if it is combat applicable.

I don't think anyone in the Disney Canon ever did anything really impressive with Mind Hax (as far as I know, I could be mistaken since I haven't watched the movies since forever); if they did, feel free to show it.

Seriously tho, I don't really see how Time Stop gives Mickey any real advantage; if he uses, he could kill her in one hit, nice, but Twilight also has stuff that could beat him in one hit, like turning him into stone, remove his magic or send him to the Tartarus, which are all things High 4-C Twilight does from the start.

Seriously, Twilight is on Tenatons while Mickey is on Foe, which gives him the AP advantage, plus, just like you said, Twilight's attacks can be dodged, and then you're also making him bloodlusted on top of that?

Honestly, this is a classic who hits first scenario, with Twilight being able to hax him while Mickey could easily take her out with one or two hits, although I think Twilight might be able to do it quicker, but it really depends if Mickey's Precognition is useful in combat, because that could give Mickey a huge advantage.
