Knowing both character's personalities, Twilight would probably just convince Bowser to stop fighting and accept friendship, and Bowser would probably say yes. However, if they were bloodlusted, Twilight would own Bowser both rounds.

Round 1: Difficult to say actually, Bowser has that insane durability, but Twilight is INSANELY versatile in her abilities, so it'll be pretty close, and honestly is too tough to call for me, though I think I'll give the VERY slight edge to Twilight.

Round 2: Twilight speedblitzes him and takes him out with superior hax + speed. Sub-Relativistic with Relativistic reactions compared to Bowser's MHS+ in his 7-B form.]

Overall, I say Twilight wins a hardfought match.
