Okay, just to get to the point; none of the Building level stats are really justified. The closest thing to a Building feat is like, Nrvnqsr's beasts causing tremors, but there was a lot of them and who knows how really powerful that tremor was.

Everyone relevant should be downgraded to 9-B, for their low-ends where applicable, through scaling to Kirei, a poor magus who is still capable of snapping trees in half.

I don't remember anything higher than Wall Level really when I read through myself for most of the characters.
