Well xeno goku has passive stamina hax, food enough power null that can even nullify Dark ki haxes. He also has RE to evolve and counter some of bill's abilities, plus he humanist out scales him in AP so he can just one shot. Not to mention he can summon bunch of people to jump him including SSB goku, xeno vegeta, True form toki toki, super shenron etc...to turn this from 1 vs 1 to 10 vs 1. Plus, if he feels overwhelms he can transforms into his ssj forms to increase his speed and/or summon the keysword.

This trunks is almost haxless. His only saving grace is his RE which he can use to fend off bills Abilities, and he usually busts out ss quite quick so he is going to blitz with more than 50x speed diffrence.

This is a bit more fair. Bill Cipher can actually use his powers on him without them being resisted. This includes reality warping, matter manipulation, spatial manipulation, transmutation, and madness manipulation.

Actually trunks can still move, talk and fight even if he is transmutated.
Trunks first move is either basic ki blasts/CQC. But seeing that bills wanna miss with time, he will immediately resort to ssj1 and above to gain 50x speed and power amp to blitz
