Cool, Muzan regenerated his body from blood droplets alone, and that's only assuming Muzan let's him hit him when he already overwhelms people who should be able to know what his next move is.
Muzan resists stuff that causes him to explode not to mention he can just separate himself from the portion that's burning and turning to ash. He already resists burning on a cellular level, that sword won't work the same way it does with monsters that has no resistances at all.
