Transcending The Hierarchy of Infinity

Would that qualify for Outerversal? It is supposed to be a between realities type place that exists outside, and unbound by the "hierarchy's of infinity that our worlds follow" Worlds being synonymous to universes/alternate ones. Said that infinity has size, scale, and measurement, while the realm between realms has none of those things.
 
If you're talking about dimensions in this context, it sounds more like a high-end High 1-B than 1-A. There are several High 1-B characters that vastly transcend the nature of infinite dimensions and some that transcend even the applications of space and time, but not necessarily its notions, putting them at High 1-B instead of 1-A.
 
No. If you're above infinite dimensions you are still High 1-B. If someone is above that person's level they are High 1-B, and so on.

If you are beyond the concept of dimensions altogether (physics) you are 1-A.
