Transcending an indeterminately large multiverse

I have received mixed signals regarding the issue of a character/realm transcending a multiverse containing countless space-time continua:

1. It means nothing and is still 2-B (as indicated with Dragon Ball's "Heroes" continuity)

2. It makes the character/realm in question infinite compared to the multiverse and therefore 2-A (I have no examples for this, sadly)

3. It is no different from transcending an infinite multiverse and so it is High 2-A (Undertale supposedly follows this convention, Asriel was supposed to be downgraded while the Annoying Dog would keep his current rating)

Clarification would be appreciated.

I think that it usually means 2-B, but that it depends on the nature of how the transcendence has been specified.
