Tournament High 8-C My Hero Academia Vs Random Characters

By the way, Can the thread creator choose for the tournament?

I pick

In her last key

Last key for the final character

Just wait, Now I'm read their profile and I'm trying to understand it

You need to pick another character btw because via speed equalization rules Jotaro is blitzing everyone in this tournament.

I'll choose a Jotaro replacement character later, because I'm gonna sleep right now

Can you tell me in brief how the speed rules work, it's been a while.
Faster character's combat speed is reduced to the speed of the slower character. Although... if Person A's combat speed is 34.3 M/S but their reaction speed is 6x faster than their combat speed, even if the character facing a Person B whose combat speed is much slower than Person A and their combat speed is reduced as a result, their reaction speed is still going to be 6x faster.

Probably much more complex but that is the basis sum-up of it.

Oh, oh, is it possible I can choose a Jotaro replacement /jk ... Although, even if the speed problem was solved/ignored, it still doesn't help that Jotaro massively upscales from his High 8-C rating to the point that he could possibly one-shot anybody who is below his AP value via Star Plat.

In addition to what @FantaRin_The_First said cuz I didn’t know he replied before typing all this. When we see “speed equal” it means combat speed is equal. Any other speed (reaction speed, attack speed, throwing speed, etc.) that isn’t the characters combat speed is not equal and must be as fast as it is to the character.

So if a gun is 20x faster than the user, then it will be 20x faster than the opponent at speed equal matches.

If your travel speed is 7x lower than your combat speed. Then you must be 7x slower than your opponent’s combat speed after equalization.

If Star Platinum is 100000000000000000x faster than Jotaro then must be 100000000000000000x faster than his opponent’s combat speed when speed is equalized. That’s why he’s removed here.

On characters profile there is no "Travel speed" category

It doesn’t really matter, in cases like that we just equalize with combat speed

it only matters when a character is BFR-ed (removed from Battlefield) and has to travel back. Then we start asking for travel speed feats or teleportation or something.

Are you sure this is true? Because the Versus Thread Rules say every other speed attribute is equalized.
