Ok so True Dark Genie has been removed from the Low 6-B list.
The Operator, Warframes, Stalker (Warframe) and Other characters from Warframe, have been added instead (i put it like that cus the difference between the strengths of these guys is HUGE).

It could be "Characters from Touhou Project", there are at least 3 other gods in that tier with the same resistance, and Iwan's superior AP to them didn't have much effect in the outcome.
