I can't think of a single villain from any anime movie other than someone like Muska from Castle in the Sky and he's nowhere near comparable to the likes of Vader and Lecter.

Also, how is Thanos one of the greatest movie villains?? Look at his stats, he is only Low 6-B with little hax, IG has bad AP and durability

Since when does quality of villain depend on strength? People hate Kaguya Ōtsutsuki and many believe she completely ruined the War Arc/the ending of Naruto and was an overall awful villain but shes the strongest or at least was the strongest at the time.

Also with the full IG Thanos did have Universal hax feats.
