Because 5-A is only a single technique, that only works on an extremely limited circustances. Otherwise, he's literally just a 7-B with some hax.

Housefly has beaten mosquito for 10-C

Togame is probably one of the physically strongest 10-Cs out there, just being a really weak human, and should be replaced by something like Blue Pikmi (which would probably lose to the insects since it's really slow, and therefore has really low KE.

Folk (Autonauts) would also die on its own before any interaction between it and RBC could happen.

Also, for 10-B Shinji Ikari could probably take 4th spot, since he's just an average 14 year old, and doesn't have a metal bat.

The list needs to be updated. Seems like Sportacus is no longer 7-B, and X can be removed due to now being 79 megatons, which is decent, though Bubble for 7-B still needs to be on there, speed equalized.
Wait. Sagat is haxless enough and barely scales to Ryu (Street Fighter) in AP.

Jasonsith said:
Aiz Wallenstei also has dura neg. She lost to Asuna, whose record is not very nice. Aiz for 2nd place in High 8-C(?)

As for 9-A,

2. Riko (Made in Abyss) - not much above baseline 9-A which means weaker than many nigh haxless 9-As and this girl is particularly not even SoL (baseline superhuman only).

3. Kool-Aid Man (Atari 2600) for a brawler and only athletic human speed.

4. Abraham Lincoln (Abraham Lincoln Vampire Hunter) is a brawler. Peak human travel speed with subsonic+ reactions.

5. Oze and Lyza - haxless, not much above baseline 9-A

Afro Samurai (Character) is basically a swordsman who is 9-A+ and is relativistic so he is not quite weak.
Now One-Punch Ma C class or above and Wolves or above are arbitrarily assigned baseline 9-A for being vastly superior to a regular cop who survived a Wall+ attack.

Electric Catfish Ma has his own 9-A feat at 68364000 J.

Prep time Robbie Rotte is... 20 MJ+ with preparation.

Basically one may copy agreed results from here

God Above All and ITRTG (Ultimate Being), both in V2 keys, for 3-A and 2-C. Their only abilities are really slow Low-Mid regen, Resurrection/Healing on other beings, and Creation without much combat applicability. At least weaker than Gogeta, but I'm not sure about the rest of the 2-Cs.

Planet Eater and Godly Tribunal in 5-B for similar reasons, and Living Su in 4-C for similar reasons.

Zach Noveda for 3-A. Just one move that activates on certain conditions, while he's only 10-B to 8-C normally. And even the 3-A move can only be used some 5 or 6 times more, iirc.

How does his Durability Negation work? Also, doesn't Zach have a "soulkill" dagger that could be useful? Zach also gets resurrected 5 or 6 times when he gets killed, doing a 3-A attack each time.

I have heard Cell and SS2 characters are just baseline 4B. Shouldn't they be here?

Cell has good regen.

Who else are baseline 4-B?

I was looking at The Cluster and Planet Eater and considering their large size and regen they would be unkillable to anyone without good AoE, so they might be better off than their positions represent.

Also, Stephanie Meanswell is street level+ now, so she would stomp a lot of characters by virtue of her AP.
Sterling Archer is one nigh-baseline Street level character but he has a gun, can pick and use a gun, and can fight other baseline 9-C soldiers with a gun.

... How weak is Bambi? ... He wins Chloe Price and... that's it. 2nd weakest.

See if Sakura Minamoto can escape from being the weakest 9-C. A girl with peak human physique and that's it. Regen is barely enough to survive her head horizontally... chewed at her neck.

They're about 50x above baseline since they can destroy the solar system from Earth rather than from its center, though I suppose most SS feats are probably around that level.

Hmm, you may be right about that. Planet Eater's regen is super slow, for what it's worth.

@blah eh, I don't know where you are getting the 50x above baseline. I just checked the calc and it was assumed from the earth and the output was calced at 1kilofoe. That is from what I gathered a small bit above the baseline but not so much to actually play a factor. If we scale to 4Bs from like Marvel or DC they have a difference of 300x. So, putting SS2 characters from DBZ is not that outrageous.

Err… you know we have a page that lists AP tiers, right? You can check this stuff yourself, and 1 kilo for us roughly 50x baseline. Also, what do Marvel and DC characters have to do with them? No one is claiming they should be on the list in the first place.

Dura Neg is through his spatial tears and I think some mind spells that can lobotomize ppl.

The dagger is in a highly protected vault that he can't really break into by himself. He needs help from the other looper, Zorian, and has to trick a thousand year old lich into helping them out, not sure how feasible that is if he's fighting someone else.

The other guys in the 3-A list all seem to have 3-A dura as well, so they shouldn't even die after the restart. I don't think he can handle any non-glass cannon 3-A.

Dura neg sounds like it might be usable against human-sized contenders in 3-A then.

If he's fighting against a 3-A with 3-A range, then yeah I agree.

That's probably true, but consider that he does get 5 or 6 of those restarts off, it might be able to take out a baseline with no regen.

Pft. I doubt they go there for 9-B. Having no supernatural abilities doesn't mean you're the weakest. 9-B is such a large tier

I'm sure about some weakers characters for that tiers but characters without abilities rarely have any matches. I don't see problem with temporary keep them unless somebody have better ideas.

If you want weak 9-Bs, I've got some:

Mary (Noblesse): exactly baseline with good combat skill and experience

Dagon (2001): 17000 J (rough high end calc of giant squid's estimated KE) it also lacks any combat applicable hax or combat skill

Cheung Tin Chi: 27000 J no hax, but a very skilled martial artist

Tae Yamada: A bit below 30,000 J but has regen and type 2 immortality that could be useful

Gorgonopsid (Primeval): 35,000 J (rough slight lowball calc of throwing cars into the air) it's a stealth master smarter than most ambush predators, but is still animalistic

Gotta Sweep: 51,000 J charges in circles every 3 minutes to fight.

Durarara characters: likely in the 100s of kilojoules, pretty much everyone scales/back scales to a feat of ramming through several walls. They're irrelevant to this list.

Adding in 50 MPH man (roughly 22000 J), I'd rank them in this order (weakest to strongest)

1 Dagon

2 50 MPH man

3 Mary (she has lots of skill and experience fighting both humans and monsters, which will give her the edge over the previous 2)

4. Gorgonsopid (might have low enough intelligence to just charge Sweep)

5. Sweep

6.Tae and Cheung (both smart enough to avoid Sweep, Cheung badly outdoes Tae in skill but the slight AP advantage, regen, and the ability to catch him off guard through body control and immortality make them pretty even.)

Im pretty sure that Thanos needs the full gauntlet, and it is that key only. Theres no more Incomplete Infinity Gauntlet key, so I see no reason why Thanos should even be there. Hell, Godzilla in Hell (lol irony) is FAR weaker than Thanos, being haxless and near baseline, that even Thanos can oneshot him.

In 9-C Sakura is similar to Stephanie, in that her AP is high enough to bear most of the tier with ease. Jackie's suggestion of Rip could probably take 1st place, and Archer Sterling could be a good fill in for the last spot, since he's a near baseline with a near baseline gun, though he probably has the combat skill to beat the ones currently there.
