Really?, I saw some names with speed equalized next to them on the list. If speed is equalized then Jazz takes the number 1 4-A spot, McGee number 2 spot.

In fact, we need to spell speed unrestricted or speed equalised before determining the rankings. (Pages like Standard Battle Assumptions and Speed Blitz say speed is unrestricted unless spelt equalised.)

I just realized Odin and Surtur aren't baseline anymore, so keep the MCU but make a note saying that Odin and Surtur are excluded

Adolf Hitler (Petals of Reincarnation) just happens to be a weaker 10-B than Rowdy. She doesn't rely on combat at all, and has Pol Pot (Petals of Reincarnation) do the fighting for her.

Monarch of Pointland is the weakest 11-C, followed by the only other 11-C, SCP-2747. Queens of Lineland is the weakest 11-B, followed by King of Lineland and then Disembodied Thought. Punished Mister Mxyzptlk (Cosmic Adventures in the 8th Grade) is the weakest 11-A, since he can't really do anything, followed by Little Circle and then Arthur Square (he's stronger than little circle because he has pointy vertices).

Just in a similar case to Benjamin (RHG), her reality warping isnt even combat applicable, she seems slow for someone as a 4-A, and she is only physically 7-B. Plus has an animalistic-like sense.
