u can add the Taxi monster in Low-7B since other than nicely upscaling its value and explosion-energy blasts, he doesnt have anything else....other than turning into a taxi which is pretty useless most of the time

Since I've updated the profiles, Tucker Foley is the weakest Danny Phantom character for High 6-C and 4-A so you can just link his profile instead of the Danny Phantom humans as a whole.

The first key of Nyarlathotep (Megami Tensei) should be one of the weakest 1-As, due to having no HDE or BDE, as well as lacking the hax and resistances that most 1-As have.
