Essentially all these characters just. don't have any hax and all are fairly normal humans aside from their bonkers scaling

I understand that Lü Bu is one of the weakest in 5-B (with the skills and resistances he received after being included I think it's not so bad, but I understand the reasoning) but... why is he one of the weakest 7-B?
He scales to 79.83 Megatons... City level+

Do you know that he moves in two dimensions and not in one dimension, right? If someone tries to hit him from the side he can simply turn 90º and hit them

Hero isn't able to do a 90° turn, otherwise he would still be able to "scape by the background" :V

And again, they don't need to hit the hero after moving from his axis, hero alread can't harm then if they are outsde his movement range hero is incapacitated
