Kars for 8-A. Above 400IQ, smarter than his entire race who are described to be much smarter than humans. Created the Stone Masks, which made normal people evolve and turned the Pillar Man into basically gods. And he's even above this when he became the Ultimate Lifeform.

Divayth Fyr for High 2-A and Low 2-C. He is often considered comparable to Sotha Sil.

He could read and understand the Black Books of Hermaeus Mora, and even make copies of them with a snap of his finger, which are metaphysical higher-dimensional books that drive people insane by their mere presence, and even complete erased someone from existence due to reading some of the knowledge in one of them.

May as well toss out Zeref Dragneel for Low 6-B and High 6-B in the meantime.

• He qualified to become a student at the Mildian Academy before he hit 10, where the majority of people had spent their lives studying and creating different magics and was seen as an equal even from the beginning. He managed to create the R-System which allowed him to resurrect others, once again before 10, something which the teachers and students were unable to do, he later developed time travel by utilising a magic he had no actual experience with by his mid to late teens.

• After he was cursed to immortality by the god of life and death Ankhseram, he either created or massively advanced the study of life magic which even 400 years after he stopped bothering with it, everything on the subject was written or created by him. This even resulted in the creation of another method of resurrection, an entirely new energy system, Magic Barrier Particles which actually destroy magic particles (ie destroying energy). All of this only taking place in the span of a few years as well before he gave up on this way to kill himself.

• Irene who is and was the premier High Enchanter for over 400 and even amplified by becoming a dragon was unable to perform a feat which Zeref (who had never even thought to do this) figured out and managed in seconds of meeting her. Another example of this is during the extraction of Fairy Heart from Mavis, Irene spent hours of continuous work on doing so and was still not close to completion whereas Zeref stole FH in seconds during his fight with Natsu.

• His son August who has the ability to instantly copy, master, nullify magic with a glance and possibly know every magic in existence, was stated to possibly rival Zeref's mastery and versatility in magic.

• Other masters and creators like Brain and Hades are ants in comparison. Brain having created hundreds of separate magics (not spells) during his time as the Head of the Bureau of Magical Development which he left 10 years prior to canon and was in his early 30s at the latest during that time. Brain was even responsible for teaching Jellal magic, Jellal being a prodigy of magic such that he was able to immediately use two different magics the moment he was bloodlusted by Ultear's magic despite not knowing any before, completely dominating people who had years of experience in doing so and having mastered over a dozen different types to the extent that even his fire magic which is never used in combat because he has a greater mastery of his Darkness and Heavenly Body Magic, is so potent that while low on power, he was able to force Natsu into Dragon Force.

• Hades was able to learn magic in days despite never having attempted it before, managed to create an infinite magic source called Fairy Heart in a few years, spent his time learning so many magics that he was able to teach 6 people six different Lost Magics and going by Ultear's flashback of learning Arc of Time, she spent a good while looking through the numerous Lost Magics he was willing to teach her before she picked one, created a magic generator that he was able to connect himself to prolonging his already aged life and amped his magic and physicals. Despite being able to master so many magics, even after years of studying Zeref's Life Magic, he could only pull off the most basic of spells.

• While only knowing the end result of Fairy Heart and no specifics of how it functions or was created, he was able to instantly fuse it together with the RoT magic (both magics being comparable to Etherion which is a fusion of every element) to create the Neo Eclipse which also mastered instantly.

• One of his subordinates Wahl Echt, is even able to replicate Etherion in a hand held version, despite never having had access to the schematics, on the spot and knows so many magics that he is able to create new bodies that perfectly counter his opponent.

For his intelligence feats that don't involve magic, we have him being able to anticipate, strategise around and out maneuver Mavis during the Alvarez War with her only realising after the fact she had played into his hands.

• Mavis being able to instantly come up with 49 different solutions to win a battle despite ridiculous odds which everyone else declares impossible, can have the post-Zero Fairy Tail Guild singlehandedly take on a enemy army that was so large it could only be called endless and win without a single casualty on her side. During the Grand Magic Games, she was able to create perfect strategies for her Guild to win, taking into account dozens of Mages who she didn't know the abilities of or just learnt them who are often switched out, randomly selected events etc.

• Created an Empire on a whim which he organised and set up specifically so he could leave for his random decade(s) long adventures and it would still operate at perfect efficiency, absorb numerous different cultures with no issue even after conquering them in wars, dropped the crime rate to practically zero, most techinologically advanced nation in the world etc etc

His weakness is that he finds idiots (random) hard to read/predict, although his combat ability isn't all that great his voice can mindcontrol fodder in his verse and non-fodder only find his voice soothing, meaning he's already got the upperhand unless you find his appearance/behaviour revolting.
