Top 5 Most Skilled Characters For Every Tier 5

@Ricsi and prediction or aimdodging
Those are not deflecting barrages of bullets fired at you, and don't aply here, so not much point bringing them up here.

They could certainly be used to do so, however, by knowing beforehand where your sword needs to be at what time.

Though being able to move between them would certainly be a skill feat.

"Blocking and dodging things somewhat faster than you is possible, but a human being will never block anything transonic and above with anything but luck."

That doesnt change the fact that u need the necessary (reaction) speed to deal with it, regardless of how fast it is compared to u. Thats just having double standarts!

Actually thinking about it, that is MASSIVE BS! Shiro (NGNL) did EXACTLY that.
I'm not sure if you're trying to pull an appeal to popularity here, but Shiro did more than just dodging a bullet fired at her.

Oh **** off, double standards my ass.

Just stop whining, will ya? If you can't get the logic of "deflecting shit a lot slower than you" being inferior to "deflecting shit equal or faster than" then that's too bad.

I'm tryin' to figure out if you're just a troll, because you're as articulate as one, but none of what you brought up has anything on the other nominations for the list.

Doesnt change the fact that she did it with skill. Just saying that thats a shit argument, since there are very obviously cases, where it does not apply.

Which is not this case, ya.. I can't really swear, can I now?

Anyways, even if, the bullet deflecting ain't that impressive dude. So he falls out.

Everyone please calm down.

Clueless, you said they won't even be 9-B anymore after the revision, so why not hold off on the justification until that has come to pass? I removed Nanami from 7-C for the same reason (and tragically may have to remove her from 7-A)

Yukari. Is. Not. Faster. Than. A. Bullet. Yeez.

>Character dodges/blocks bullet

>Gets speed for that

---

>Character dodges/blocks punch

>Gets speed for that

How is one more valid than the other!?

"because you're as articulate as one"

I am just a lazy typer.

Also, sorry, but "This looks pretty dope, so lets act like it never happened" is one of the dumbest arguments I have ever heard.

I dont know if they will still be 9-B, I just said they are likely stronger than that, since everything is rly casual.

How is one more valid than the other!?

Easily, because blocking a martial artists fist would be immensly harder because the dude might actually be skilled.

I am just a lazy typer.

You shouldn't do shit halfassed.

The argument isn't "ignore it", the argument is "this is absolute bullshit, absolutely unpractical, and in no-way proves one is above above a martial artist in skill"

Scepter4 (the guys in blue) is the most skilled fighting unit in the world, which even stands above the government. They are WAY above any IRL martial artist.

Well that's a neat thing to bring up, ain't it.

Could've done it instead of throwing rule of cool in our faces and expecting to throw logic out the window, eh?

But being the best of the world is still hardly impressive. More impressive than anything you've brought up till now, but it applies to everyone else mentioned here.

@Udl

Wasn't able to reply right away. Regardless, if you are mostly checking for Caine and Lilith then it makes sense you are confused. Any WoD game is mostly about the drama and the horror and the story and such, is also why they talk about the golden rule and changing stuff however you want. Most material focuses on the assumption that you'll be playing the equivalent of 12th to 14th gen vampires, and rising to the point where you can have higher anything than 5. But actual elders and Methuselah ARE gonna have SOMETHING above 5. It's down right impossible for them not to, they would have had to spend God knows how many centuries in torpor or doing nothing and learning nothing. In general, higher power material is a chunk more rare, but it exists and it's not only Antediluvian. There are even some Discipline 10 powers, but they are way lower in scope than what the Antediluvians pull off because they are plot devices above anyone not called Cain or comparable to him instead of opponents.

I already did that a bunch of times, like 3 threads ago...
And Weekly asked for the stuff ahain and you did not.

And again, doesn't put him above anyone proposed here, really.

I would also appreciate that, like Creature said, we remember we are talking about a talking bean and a pretty boy, both fictional. Take a breath and step away if you need a second, but don't get heated up about it.

"The argument isn't "ignore it", the argument is "this is absolute bullshit, absolutely unpractical, and in no-way proves one is above above a martial artist in skill""

1. We already went over the "that isnt skill coz it doesnt work irl" before with Nanami and Ikki. Doesnt matter if it seems like BS. If its skill, its skill.

2. Unpractical...why? If u actually gonna tell me that any IRL martialartist can move even close to what they are doing , then f*ck of, coz they can't.

3. I just did.

Can you give us a full scaling chain like i did for Korosensei, Clue?
just watch the god damn anime or read the scaling chain I already posted twice or three times by now

To chime in on this, doing something that looks fancy does not equate in anyway to having skill in combat.

The only skillful bit about dealing with bullets is how small they are, which loses merit when you already move way faster than the bullets - we might as well put any baseball player rather high. Someone that can, on the other hand, use the angle of the muzzle to calculate the direction of the shot is doing something that is both skillful and absolutely can be used for combat. Shiro is actively evading attacks faster than her by mere mental mathematics that she can pull off even in the middle of combat, which is indeed not the same as swatting a projectile slower than you even if it's small. Those two cases are not comparable at all.

Well, I also said that Yukari is the most skilled guy in the verse, even above Munakata, who precoged a bunch of bullets within a smokescreen, in which he couldnt see them at all. And no, he is not as fast as a bullet. He just puts his sword into the right spot at the right time.

Being more skilled than someone doesnt mean you can automatically outdo their feats

Werent you the one who told me this?

you dont say...

Yukari however is by far the most skilled sword user. Him not being able to do that just seems... weird.

I'll have to see the video in question when I am home.

But the mere fact that he can block multiple bullets, meaning he moves the sword fast enough to block the bullet coming after the one he just blocked, then no his combat speed is NOT slower than the bullets.

So Clansmen < Kuroh << Yukari

Is what I saw on the previous scaling chain, though I'm probably missing characters that were added later

Killer Bean > Jet Bean > Dark Bean > The rest of the Shadow Beans > Special Ops > The US Military

One, cut off that cussing. I am not your little bro for you to be cussing at me.

Two, you do know you can fire a lot of bullets in quick succession from a handgun, right? You also know fiction doesn't care a lot of the time and the bullets are shot way quicker than normal, right?

If at any moment his sword is moving and the bullet isn't a nearly invisible blur in comparison, he's certainly not slower. Not by any big margin.

Yukari>Munakata>Kuroh>Sukuna>Misaki+Saruhiko>The entire rest of Scepter4 (which has a couple hundred ppl)>>>Any IRL person...

"Two, you do know you can fire a lot of bullets in quick succession from a handgun, right? You also know fiction doesn't care a lot of the time and the bullets are shot way quicker than normal, right?"

in this case you are wrong...

"If at any moment his sword is moving and the bullet isn't a nearly invisible blur in comparison, he's certainly not slower. Not by any big margin."

He cant even see the bullets. It is also shown that his sword moves slower compared to the bullets. He is literally just swinging it around at visible speeds, while the bullets just "appear" (I hope I dont have to explain that they didnt actually just formed out of nothingness).

Also, I never cussed at u, not once. The only time I cussed at anyone would be at flowery by saying "then f*ck of", so I am not sure what you even refer to.

The worst part is that the "deflecting a barrage of bullets" wasnt even an argument I brought up (unless you are talking about the fire bullets, but those arent real bullets, so eh) nor is it all that important tbh. Not sure why everyone is so hell bent on that. When ever someone blocked/dodged/reflected a bullet it was via aim dodging or precog.

Couldn't post this earlier because shitty internet but

>Decides to check the K Project Profiles.

>Sees a hypersonic calc for the skateboarding dude, above who Yukari scales like 3 times by your estimates.

Yeah... I kinda doubt I am wrong about this.

And I never said it's something you brought up, I am just saying fancy stuff that isn't translatable to skill is, obviously, not skill. And everything else beyond the reacting to bullets does indeed just sound like fancy stuff.

As far as I care saying *****ng is cussing to me, you have nothing to be angry about.

At the moment I'm not taking sides in the argument, but I will say that I don't understand the point about unnecessary movement.

If anything, I think extra flowery movements would be indicative of an even greater skill advantage, since it implies that the user in question can afford to be casual and bother caring about their aesthetic while fighting. Which Yukari rather obviously is.

Of course not, I'm just saying they can correlate in certain cases.

Take Madara Uchiha or Yuuki Terumi for example, they have very flowery and dance-like fighting styles because they're so far above most opponents in terms of skill that they can afford to act like that mid-battle.
