The RVR's a staff only thread nowadays, so I don't particularly like any normal user that comments in it for no good reason. It clogs the thread, makes it harder for staff to see what's being said and leads to peanut gallery moments. 's not personal or anything akin to that, it just be what it be.
Even if it wasn't staff only though, I still would've chewed out Pokemonfan for what he did. That kind of rambling belongs in a thread like this, not in the middle of a report.
