"Miranda" from "Resident Evil" for an empty spot in 8-C, while her stats are pretty low, she's quite immortal for this level and has pretty versatile abilities through disease manipulation. Also, unless she is elevated to extraordinary genius, she is at one of the highest levels of scientific genius, I wish there was time for preparation.

Thats only if he's using perfect warrior, which makes him low 7-C in SS and Dura, but he's low 7-C even without that

To elaborate my point, not only does Obito resist the mind manip, Overwhelming Aura and Fear Manip (from the Kuuga fight) and have immense pain tolerance for her eye hax, but the intangibility and the edo jinchurikis he have would make it a stomp against Rezero Daphne.

Base Obito resists madness due to merging with zetsu who had hashirama cells. Mind Manip is resisted by sharingan users, and Obito has a stronger one in the form of a mangekyo sharingan and in his strongest 6-c key has a rinnegan. Pain manip would be offset by Obito's massive pain tolerance. Arguably Obito has way more things to bring to the table and defeat Daphne, who only really has an AP advantage over him (26 gigatons vs 4.3 gigatons). When we take the Edo Jinchuriki into the table, yea no I don't see why Daphne is above Obito anymore.
