I find it highly unlikely that Abeloth of all people doesn't resist mind-hax.

Uh idk. Hard to tell just by looking at the profile (Like no way to tell ability and resistance potency without going further, along with ability interactions, also no way to tell what's thought based and passive ect)

To quickly go through the things to worry about on his end though: Passive Fear Manipulation for everyone, Passive Petrification that turns people, objects, magic, and souls to stone and bypasses several layers of resistance, Sealing and magic freezing... also OP reactive evolution and the best resistances and stat amps in the verse, OP passive lightning with OP status effects, Passive Absorption, Instant Power Mimicry, Passive Mind, Curse, Soul, Petrifaction, death, paralysis, stat reduction and the ability to turn an opponent and all of their abilities into illusions (She also has Mid-Godly resurrection technically but since she loses her memory and most powers after coming back it's not combat applicable)

I'm also thinking of making a CRT where the last two can have each other along with an Army of 6-Bs, Hatsuharu and Unknown Makoto as standard equipment; since they all live in the same alternate reality and can communicate telepathically with each other across 4-D space and call each other to action and have done so in-character. not sure if that counts as a smurf tho kek.

From the justification it doesn't look like a passive and isn't he from a tower defense game? how does choosing to sacrifice his towers(i assume) for an amp mean he has passive death and absorption hax that affects everyone.
 
The passive death manipulation comes from the fact that when he is used, some characters are automatically sacrificed? Because that's the only way I can see from reading the justification
 
I haven't play bloons tower defense since 2010 so it might have changed but when he is used does the death hax kill the opponents aswell or just you're creations?

Its not passive since once he is in the temple form he doesn't just keep absorbing towers

Akron arguably lacks the range to reach Balancers true body floating somewhere in distant space. Although Yomoji is also in the Tier as well for Godless Planet with more resistances.
And Announcer doesn't seem to resist Balancers stuff either, so Balancer thinks right back.
