Same reason why Gogeta and Vegito don't have everything current Goku and Vegeta have. They haven't fused again for a while so Aisha's stuff remains the same for now

Added to 1st placement of 8-B but 4th placement of High 8-C would require a match or knowledgeable JoJo/Digimon members to explain why they're okay with Lobotomy Corporation characters taking the placement.
