Well, in "dream quest of unknown kaddah" Randolph carter goes to "ultimate chaos" outside all space and time where azathoth resides. But in a sequel "though the gates of the silver key" Randolph carter is confirmed to never wonder outside of "ultimate gate" where yog sothoth resides. In necronomicon it's even confirmed that no mortal has ever gone through the ultimate gate to meet yog sothoth since ancient times. Which would include Randolph Carter. there exists "limitless vacua beyond all thought and entity" which wiki currently interprets as being gates from "through the gates of the silver key" short story. But that's never confirmed.
Which can mean ultimate chaos is below "multiplicity of gates".
Not to mention how the only stories that include gates are stories that include yog sothoth (through the gates of the silver key, silver key, (thought that one dosen't mention yog but so it also dosen't mention azathoth so it dosen't really matter), the dunwich horror etc). Azathoth and yog are also never even compared outside of very controversial family tree.

That's not how this site works though. In Cthulhu mythos in the story "through the gates of the silver key" it also mentioned how Supreme Archetype is literally beyond math.
