it was explained to me that you have to prove that a verse treats the other multiverse has a "superior feat" for example a separation with a barrier of some sort, or multiverse 1 is destroyed or altered but multiverse 2 is unaffected by it.

During the multiversal War of the apothicones and Keepers, the Apothicones contaminated and revived dead keepers as their servants throughout the multiverse, being able to design a weapon capable of giving its user the power to control the Aether, a universe of pure energy from which undead Richtofen took control in an alternate timeline, but we don't know more because the timeline was aborted due to the restart Cycle (Basically the Canon told him no) all so that Maxis was the one to take control of the Aether, that's why it is not in his profile
