Now that this list got expanded to top 10, can you add Henry Stickmin for Low 7-C? Basically, he’s got passive time manipulation in the form of retries in which whenever he fails at something or even outright dies, gets knocked out, gets incapacitated, or even gets dimensionally BFR’d, his retries will pretty much rewind him to a certain point in time before his fail so he can try another option that would lead him to success. Not to mention, Reference is pretty much capable of BFRing people by punching them into alternate timelines which get rid of any forms they had on them in a timeline where they never obtained those forms.

henrys stando punches ainz into an alternate universe where he never received a treasury or was a leader of nazarick, etc. as long as it’s something that he was never born with.
basically Henry nullifies all of ainz’s powers that ainz was not born with in his life. And in this alternate universe albedo never loved him and he never made the guild and he never became a warrior, just a low level lich peasant

Which doesn't have enough distance, Despair Aura has several meters of range, which is past what the stand can do.
Henry would start 4 Kilometers away, which is long enough to allow Ainz to do one or two actions, and seeing as all he does with unknowns is lethal or time stop, Henry can't do shit even speed unequal

Well his avatars ain’t beating her considering she can just pretty much just incap all of them by changing Arceus Avatar’s design to be a Pink Piece of Poop
He can keep sending more but they’ll all just end up being like Poop anyways
If it is truly considered that to beat Arceus Avatar you must beat his true form, incap one avatar will result in another avatar coming and constantly in capping all his avatars is not a considered a wincon
