Tommy vs Ginyu, a battle of leaders

Surprised this isn't a thing yet.

Plot: The Ginyus decide to try and take over Earth for Lord Frieza. The Power Rangers then appear to try and stop them, even though the Zords are currently under repair from the last battle. The original 5 rangers as well as Guldo, Burter, Recoome and Jeice are sent away via an explosion or something and basically fight somewhere else.

Rules: Battle takes place in a grassy field in the middle of nowhere. Tommy is the Green Ranger. Speed Equalized (Unless it's not a blitz without equalization, but it probably is). No Zords or other outside help (Obviously)

So tommy has a healthy AP advantage, although not overwhelmingly.

Ginyu scales from past people in AP, so...

Captain Ginyu > Ginyu Force (Which has like 5 other characters each stronger than the other) > Vegeta (Post-Zenkai) > Dodoria > Vegeta (Pre-Zenkai) > Zarbon > Goku (Kaiokenx4 on Earth) > Vegeta (Earth)

So yeah.

Y'know if Ginyu did body change, he would have full access to Tommy's abilities and AP since he doesn't use Ki or anything that would require manipulating.

Tommy does draw from the Morphing Grid which is an outerversal source of power & a multiversal singlarity. I'd say Tommy can win.

I mean, OP says it's only Speed equalized if it's a speed blitz battle which Rel+ VS. FTL is certainly not. Thus Tommy hasa speed advantage on top of superior training, intelligence, CQC and weaponry. His Power Shield should also block Ki Blasts so Ginyu's only real ace in the hole is body swapping but, given Tommy's advantage's, this is unlikely to land.

An Operation Overdrive a villain had the power to freeze over the Earth. That would mean the energy to do so would be over dwarf star level. Captain Ginyu scales below dwarf star level which would mean Tommy Oliver would beat Captain Ginyu.
